Chuck discovers the new rudimentary feed tray
For several days I have been trying to tempt Chuck with seed in a small bowl on a high chair but that new arrival on the front deck simply drove the timid bird away from his ravourite spot on the front deck's ballustrade.
A new strategy - putting a few seeds on a plank did the trick... and today, 1st November 2008, I caught him trying the tasty treat for the first time. My goal is to get him familiar with the dish I originally used to hold the seed... and then photograph the beautiful Chuck from literally inches away through the window.
